I weigh on Monday nights and start each new week on a Tuesday
I count my day starting from 5pm, so my "new day" starts straight after weigh in. My dinner comes off my daily points first, then breakfast, then lunch. It sounds complicated but it is working well for me now I'm used to it.
I was being silly on weigh in night because it was kind of a grey area... so this way my new week starts STRAIGHT away and i've got no excuses.
