    WORKING NIGHTS

    Hi Everyone!

I regularly work saturday nights (10pm sat to 8am sunday), having ben on days all week and going back in on days on the tuesday morning again. I usually get up at 9-11am on the saturday and will not usually sleep again till 9am on the sunday, i dont mind the staying awake as i have become accustomed to it. I am new to WWand was wondering if anyone knows the best way to balance my points or whether i should add some because i am awake so long?

    Help Please?!?!?!?

    Cheers

    Ben

Hi Ben. I work perm nights and just started WW. I had some advice about using ur points till u go to sleep.
Last night I restarted my point at midnight but ended up not using 7 from yesterday but tomorrow when I finish I won't have enough pp for lunch. Ahhhhh.
I'm gonna try to take as much low/0 pp foods as poss tonight and see of that helps.
Let me know how u get on - I will report back lol
