    thinking of joining WW

    Im currently doing Slim and Save to lose a stone I've gained. I used to do slimming world and have always been a slow loser on it and my heart just wasn't in it the last time. I'll need to lose another stone after SnS and thinking of trying WW. i just wondered how easy is it and what peoples successes were. I need to join the right slimming group and stick to it as food will always control me otherwise.


    Lost 58lbs between 1st June - 31st Oct 2009 to target on Cambridge (204lbs - 146lbs)

    Ive just finished Cambridge and found it so difficult to do. I've come to the realisation that I need to eat and have a life! Good luck x

    I meant that cambridge was hard to do. Not this diet. It's so easy! Sw you can easily over eat and doesn't always suit people. I lost 4lb in a month on sw. I've lost a stone before in 4 weeks so I know it can be done. Average is 1-2 a week x

    Ww is brilliant! Im in week 2 day 4 and have never felt hungry or had to deny myself anything. In week 1 I had an Indian and a few vodkas one night yet still managed to lose 7.5lbs!

    I did Cambridge last year, lost 15lbs in two weeks which was great but I couldn't stay on it long term x

    Ww I think is easy to follow ... U have your points if you stick to them you lose weight if you go over you will sts or gain!

    Iv lost over 2 stone in 17 weeks and that with having a week here n there were iv gained!
    *Original Start Weight was 14st 1lb, got down to 11st 2.5lbs ... BUT*
    Went on Holiday for 2 weeks &..

    *Currently 33 weeks pregnant! *
    Gained Nearly 2 Stone back
    *Starting WW again to maintain/Lose a little*

    Start pre preg weight - 11St 9lbs.

    32 Weeks - 13st 6lbs
