    What you off to study? Waiting in on anything nice? I'm having a lazy afternoon as just had a half day at work today :-) doing a phased return to work at the moment as just back after a really bad ankle break. X

    Oh and I do simply filling almost every day! I only switch to propoints if I'm having a really snacky day without much real food or to have a meal out if it suits better.

    I hate weighing food so love simply filling- really similar to sw but nice not having to worry about healthy extras. X

    Yeah and my problem with sw (which is petty. Know) is that mugshots and supernoodles were free but i had to count my morning porridge?!?! Just didnt make sense lol

    Yeh I found myself using pasta n sauces, low fat supernoodles etc for lunches quite often just because they were syn free even though really not very healthy.

    At first I really missed the greater variety of free foods from sw but now that I'm used to simply filling i mostly enjoying it - having some unfocused days at the moment but that's me not the plans fault! X

    Yeah i found that too, i have felt a little guilty using pp this week though, i weigh in on a tuesday and ive only used 1pp so far so im biting the bullet and eating some pp for lunch since im starving lol x

    Yeh defo try and use up the weeklies that's what they are there for :-) and you have to eat all your dailies every day if doing propoints.

    And much like syns on slimming world most people find they actually have much better losses when they use them all as not only is it giving you treats which helps you stick to plan by not feeling deprived its also making sure that you eat enough as if you take it too few calories your body can hold onto everything as it thinks you are starving it. I think when we start out fresh with intentions of being good we can be reluctant to snack (not me I love snacks but other people who's diaries I read lol) but its actually better for us if we do so don't be too strict on yourself!

    When i do pp i use all my weeklies lol think this week im scared that i will eat them on snacks then end up out at the weekend and need them with no dailies lol, just made wrap pizza though nom nom x

    On simply filling you tend to be filling up on much healthier foods so defo use the weeklies for some treats too :-) I weigh in on Friday mornings so tend to use most weeklies over weekend then still have enough for a packet of crisps or biscuit or choc etc every day too :-D diet what diet lol?? X
