    Classes

Must admit I'm not really a social bunny, but I'm seriously thinking of joining a WW class after my holiday... I feel I'm way to relaxed doing it at home even though I have all the necessary books and app on phone...
I have no idea what to expect from classes.. Went to SW classes but all that clapping just bired me x

    Hi,

I was doing it at home too, but found I cheated too much - I need the ritual humiliation of being weighed each week! So I joined 2 weeks ago, and so far so good - the classes really all depend on your leader - if you have a good leader, then you have a good class. If you don't, then... find another class! But try it - I prefer them to SW classes (although I miss the slimmer of the week award!), they feel more informative, rather than just asking everyone how they did! They normally have a 'topic of the week' - this week's was 'Motivation' and I actually did feel more motivated after it!

    Anyway - good luck!
