    going over weeklies but still losing!

    Hi, I've been on ww for just over 4 weeks now and have lost half a stone. However i've never had a week where i've stuck to my points 100 percent. I just thought this was quite strange and if my daily points should be a bit higher. I am 4 ft 11 weigh 12 st 6 and am 32, also don't do much exercise. don't get me wrong, im thrilled im still losing but don't want to get into a pattern and have my weight loss stop later on. any thoughts? x





    WEEK 1 = -5lbs
    WEEK 2 = -5lbs
    WEEK 3 = -2.5lbs
    WEEK4 = +3lbs
    WEEK5 = -2.5lbs Back on track!!! Hoping to be in the 9's next week!!! 100% from here on until my hol in 3 weeks... yipee....
    WEEK 6 = -1.5lbs 1 stone gone! had some slip ups, surprised I even lost this week... 9's here I come!!!

    BMI Information:
    I am like this too... I dont know how it works may be to how it works out in cals instead of points. One week i went over by 100 points last year n had my biggest loss ever! Every one is different though some gt away with it some dont x
