I never understand how anyone can say if it's the diet pills that are helping them loss the weight while doing a diet or the diet.
Surely if you are following the diet properly then you won't need diet pills as well?

Apparently alli diet pills are meant to aid your weight loss. Your not meant to take them unless your on a diet. Lol

I personally would advise against weight loss pills as they change your body chemistry and filter fat in a way that the body was not designed to do so. BUT thats just my opinion. i know on alli your supposed to eat nothing over 5g fat to stop the dredded side effects, so you would be on a diet anyway. i think theyre supposed to help lose 1lb for every 4lbs you lose yourself or something. but for me the freedom of choice while loosing weight is much more important!
The future depends on what we do in the present
