    I am rejoining today and wondering which Is better online or meetings?

    I know classes are more expensive but Do you get value for the money you pay? Basically is it worth it

    Ended up joining a class today - the leader seems very nice an the class were very welcoming which makes a huge difference x

    I really find the meetings keep me on track tbf, kind of think the fiver it is a week with monthly pass is worth it for the leader support and e source :-)
    GOAL- 11 stone 10lb
    START- 18st 13lb


    5%= 13lbs
    10%= 27lbs


    22/10= 18st 13lb
    28/10= 18st 9.5lb -3.5lbs
    1/11= 18st 7lb -2.5lbs (6lbs)
    6/11= 18st 4.5lb -2.5lb (8.5lb)
    13/11= 18st 2lb =2.5lb (11lb)
