you should be proud, i know its slow but a loss is a loss. your going in the right direction. i gripe about a pound too, but must keep going. x

I am at the point where its not an option to give in. I have to get this weight off. Does not have to be down to my 10st "goal" on statistics but I have some real joint issues that this weight is just not helping......so coming off it is!
