New start from today!!! Wish me luck
Well after re joining yesterday I feel so much better. 😄
People kept saying font re join until after Xmas, just enjoy it first but I knew if I did that I would have weighed at least half a stone heavier then I did yesterday when I join in January.
I have logged into the new weight watchers website and set my 3 routines.
1. Eat fruit or veg with every meal
2. Move 5mins more every hour
3. Eat breakfast everyday.
So hear goes my first day. Will probs repost later with an update xxx
