    hey everybody

    hey ladies and gents,

    new to this site and thought id ask for some help regards to weight wacthers. i previsously joined weight watchers a few years ago when it was the old points system and would like to hear peoples feedback on the new pro point system? is it much different to the original plan... is there many changes? and also could someone help quide me on how many point i will be allowed per day.. so i can have a look into points values before i start weight watchers meetings in the new year.

    im aged 22 and weight near 15stone... 5ft 6inche tall.

    I can't help with your PP allowance but I'm sure somewhere on here is a link to a site that tells you how to work it out. I used to do the old plan but am really happy on PP's. It suits some whereas some don't get on with it. Google for as much info as you can and everyone on here will help with whatever else you need I'm sure. Welcome anyway
