    How to start 2013...?

    So,I was determined that my first evening home after nye me and the boyfriend were going to join weight watchers.

    However, I've found out that the meeting we were going to go to doesn't start until the 9th! This gives me too much time to fall into old habits.

    Do you think the plan can be followed successfully online if we are doing it together, or do you think the meeting is vital? We have both done the plan before....

    Does the leader have another class you could use just to get started officially.
    It is easy enough to follow on your own but you would then mess up your start weight. I am a bit OCD and couldn't cope with my 5% and 10% goals being slightly off

    December +4lb
    January Week 1 -3.5lb

    Could you find another less local one that starts sooner, just to start. Than just jump over to the one you actually want to attend....maybe. good luck anyway the important thing is just to start!

    I have been following weight watchers online successfully for a year!

    It's £30 at the moment for 3 months, if you do it through quidco then its £30 cash back. Therefore free
    I love the ww app, it really does keep me on track. There are other iPhone apps that are free I think

    Or

    You could follow it the best you can with information from these boards until you can get to your first meeting.

    Attend a different meeting
