just one more question........
IM curious about joining ww on line. Does that mean u cannot go to any meeting?
Also, if I decided to do this, is it just as successful?
And can you view the shop And eat out books on line or do I need to purchase these on top?
Thanks so much!

I think if you want to attend a meeting you have to pay but I'm not 100% sure.
I do ww online. They have a database where you can search any food and it tells you the value. So you don't really need the books. The eating out guide is online and the simply filling food list. Plus the app is fantastic if you have a smart phone. That's mainly what I use.
There is probably a q and a on the website.
And it 100% works. But it depends on what type of person you are. I did it alone. But some people need meetings to keep them motivated etc.
Oh there are also hundreds of recipes online. Like if you search chicken it will bring up all the chicken recipes. These are on the phone app too!!

Hey. Just signed up on line, please please can you point me in the right direction of where I can find the eat out section. I found the book invaluable when I used to do it and cannot find it anywhere online!
Thanks.

If you put eating out into the search engine you'll find it, but if you want to go to meetings you will have access to it anyway, I would ring ww and ask them as they will transfer you from online to monthly pass
