    Anyone else restarting today?

    Today is the day I restart for the umpteenth time!

    I need to stop having a successful week then going off plan.

    And stop saying ill start after xmas, which then turns to after new year, then it turned to after we move from England back to Scotland next week, so I've woken up today and thought enoughs enough, I'm starting today!! i turn 30 in march and am way behind on my goal weight for it, so here goes again!!!

    I'm also starting today. Currently sporting 1 stone and a half of baby weight them want to lose more. 171 lbs and 5'7, want to be 140

    I'm starting tomorrow! I stuck to it pretty well last year until about July and lost 2 and a half stone. Then I gave up (But only gained 4lbs ). But back on plan now!!

    I'm starving already, have literally ate constantly all year from being pregnant then when I had my son in September, the most convenient food was full of calories. So motivated for 2013 though!

    I started back on it again properly today but class I go to doesn't start again til next mon. According to my home scales I'm about the same as what I weighed before xmas so if I can get a good week in may even go back to class with a loss
