    Value Diary vs Weight Watchers App

    I used to be a meeting member - but have just signed up online for the 3 month offer.

    I always used to use the value diary for scanning foods and general on the go tech tracking.

    However, I obviously now have the we app... But when I have gone to track today I have used both apps, and they are both saying different PP for different foods.

    I always used to use the value diary - and always lost.
    The PP values are less ok the value diary than they are on the WW app.

    Any advice?

    Well I'd trust the ww value. I think the other app relies on other people inputting foods and points. Like if you entered 3pp for a pack of crisps. If I searched that bag of crisps then I could add what you entered. Doesn't mean it's right.

    Where as I'm pretty sure the ww app is correct as they developed it.

    Are the portion sizes the same on both apps?
