Low point lunch on the run

Hello all, I'm just starting ww and I'm looking for some ideas for grab and go lunches for work.
My plan is to be organised and take lunch in with me but would love some back up ideas that I can grab.
I work in the city centre so have a huge choice of stores such as boots, greggs, M&S, costa, starbucks, pret a manger, tesco, cafe nero.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions xx

Hiya! If I've forgotten to take my lunch in, I go to Boots and get a shapers meal - the Roast Chicken sandwich is 7pp and either have some crisps for 2pp or a fruit bag. If not there, then I get a sandwich from Tesco Light Choices range which are between 7pp-10pp. You could also have some sushi if you like it for 6pp (Shapers one is gorgeous!)

Boots shapers range is a great option. M&S also do some great salads. If you want to pick something low in pp then look for the options that are less calories. Most meal deals involve a fruit bowl. Which is free in points.
