    hi was wondering if anyone could help pls

    this will be my second journey on weight watchers i didnt do to good last time but i have been calorie counting and found out 50 calories is one point i think this time i may just do better i carnt afford a eeting just yet iv heard its changed a bit also i am 5 6 and 13 stone 12 could any one tell e how many points i should be on please xx

    There are calculators on the forums or online which will help u work out how many points per day, not as simple as 50 cals per points as its works out from cal/sat fat/protein ect lower sat fat ect will be lower points but cals maybe the same, you can get the books and calcs quite cheaply online second hand if u can't get to a meeting

    Yes you still get 49 extra per week Just a thought but if you buy the mag they have a voucher for free registration and free meeting so you can get the books etc. Don't have to go back the following week and won't cost you nothing either. Good luck,

    Im doing it from home and i used the net to help me find out what I should be on and it said 26 so Im trying that. its really hard but Im doing okay. Day 4 and only had 12 of my weeklies but have been to gym 3 times. I looked into pp a few years ago and the min daily allowance was 29 which was easier. Im hoping I have the right allowance as im female, 28, 212lbs and have a light activity level. good luck all!
