    hiya not sure where i stand on this. i started my AF this morning after 7 months not having one as had the implant in after my 3rd.

    just wondering ive been doing weight watchers 100% and been to bootcamp too and weigh in tomorrow, but with me starting AF do you think i would gain?

    Most women find they do have a slight gain or a small loss compared to other weeks with AF but it is water & the general yuck with AF & will be gone the following week. I wouldn't worry too much about it to be honest.

    well done jaynie! I was reading this thread as Ive just got mine and im on day 4 of ww so by time of weigh in on monday I will still be on. I feel really bloated and horrid but im hoping that I wont show a gain as that would eb quite disheartening on a 1st weigh in. x
