Fruit and WINE
hey all, I must say its been brilliant looking at all of your posts, very motivating. I started with pro points yesterday , I did the old points years ago and found it very successful. I'm just wondering, can u eat too much fruit ? I kept picking at a fresh pineapple yesterday and by the end of the day it was all gone, oooooooppppppssss. I'm worried that this is too much. hELP . Also does anyone know the pro points of a bottle of the banrock station light wine x x

I think it's being sensible really, yes fruit is 0pp but if your having loads its still going to affect your weightloss as its got calories in.
To be honest the only one I'm restrictive with though is bananas, they are over 100cals each so I only have one a day at most, I'd try not to worry about it but just keep it in mind don't go mad with like 10+ portions a day lol x
