    nutritional Labels

    I am not sure if I am having a really silly moment here but my brain seems to have stopped working :/

    on the labels for example potatoes - is the nutritional values cooked weight or raw?



    May 2007 the scales were in the early 20st's

    January 2013 - 15st 5lbs
    February 2013 - 14st 10lbs
    1st March 2013 - 14st 12lbs what is the point!!!!!!
    10th March 2013 - 15st 00lbs OMFG
    16th March 2013 - 14st 6lbs first week back on Calorie Counting
    23rd March 2013 - 14st 2lbs happy girl this week
    30th March 2013 - 14st 0lbs
    6th April 2013 - 13st 12lbs
    28th April 2013 - 13st 12lbs


    May Challenge ????? don't want to set a goal and then fail again.

    No, because when you cook them they lose water so the weight is different. Pasta is the reverse, it takes on weight so weighs more.
