Yes I hate that holding off until you've been to meeting before you have tea!! The last time I went to class though was a 10:30 one & I used to hold off breakfast...that was tough too! Good luck![]()

Tempted to take a coffee in a travel mug and some fruit in my bag. Should do me till i get home to have a late breakfast/early lunch. Could even have a bacon sarnie with WW medallions for brunch. (getting posh in my old age!)
