Seems to differ for everyone. Best losses are generally seen in those who eat about a 3rd of them.
Me, well. Ate all of them and lost. Ate none of them and didnt loose. And ate a few and lost a little. Went back to eating all of them and stayed the same for 5 weeks. Gah! Xx
