    Goal 2 - to lose 10% of my weight

    Goal 4 - to buy some clothes I actually like, not just because they fit

    Can I join in.. Will decide what loss to aim or once i wi tomorrow.. I did lose 5lb in my first week but was on holiday the following week hence not to sure what loss to go for..

    I went off plan hugely last 3 days I may have put back on all I lost but I will get back into Monday for sure. It's highlighted to me how much better I feel when I eat better and when I did eat chocolate in moderation.

    I'm the same I really feel it when I don't eat as healthy. I blame the cold weather too though :P need to make sure we keep each other on track as of Monday hehe

    Good luck everyone, my weigh in is tomorrow, we all fall off sometimes!!! I'm always great for two weeks then fail miserably!! So this week will be my third and I have our 10 year anniversary and my daughters 3rd birthday!! Wish me luck!! Lol

    I've been goodish too, have used all my weeklies and kept within those and my dailies but I used them on the wrong things like wine, chocolate etc (I just couldn't resist the new coconut chunky Kitkats) so although I have done good points wise, I've been bad food wise. And done no exercise!

    I Start at a "weight loss challenge" locally on Monday so I'm looking forward to that. My friend did it last year before going on holiday and she did really well, so hopefully I will too x

    Where do u do the weight loss challenge? Do you just lose the weight yourself by sticking to WW or do what they tell you? Good luck

    It's in Dundee. You pay 35 to join and everyone's money goes into a pot. You go along to class each week for chat, support, weighed and measured and at the end of the 12 weeks the top 3 losers win a cash prize. It's more motivational, and meeting others who are in the same boat. I find that at ww classes, no one interacts really, or not at the ones I've been to anyway. You can do any diet you want on it, the leader is a herbalife consultant so the options there to do that thru her if u wanna but you don't have to x

    That sounds like a great idea, really hope it works out for you! I'm the same with the WW class I tried, felt like the leader was more interested I talking to the folk that didn't even bother to stay for class so going it alone now.

    With this one, if you miss a class you pay 3 on your return which goes in the pot, and if you ever put on 2lb or more, for every 1lb you put on, you pay 1 into the pot so that should help may say no to another glass of wine etc. the girl also does a Zumba class at the end of the meeting x
