Vegetarian thinking of joining WW - any good??
I have previously done Slimming World and as a vegetarian I find it a very easy plan to follow using the green days. However last time I did it the weight was coming off so slowly, then there was Christmas and I ended up eating loads of rubbish.
Anyway new year, new start! Thinking of trying WW and there is a group down the road tonight. Only ever tried it briefly about 10 years ago.
Is it any good for vegetarians? i don't like salad (I know weird!!) I eat lots of Quorn, veggies, pasta, lentils etc, these are all free on SW and I presume pointed on WW so is it worth trying, how does it work?? :confused:
