Im re joining weight watchers (for the 3rd time - and last!!) and I was just wondering how everyone feels about tracking and what way do you all track?
When I previously did WW in 2011, I tracked using an app called value diary. Its an unofficial WW app and is great for food database, food diary and exercise logs etc. Anyway I found it great as instead of taking out the tracker books at cafes etc for everyone to see, with your phone it was as simple to add food as it is to send a text.
Anyway I just don't have the same motivation to track on my phone. I think I just need a fresh start with new approach to keep me focused this time round. I know its important to track and I definitely want to keep an eye on my meals and snacks by continuing to track.
So what ways do you all track?
