    help!!!

    i seem to over the last few dayz lost my motivation dont know why. finding it so hard to stay on track.x

    O i hear you. Ive just been eating everything which is carby or calorific. I blame the weather. Started again today ... Fingers crossed. :-)

    Been awful too, I've ten days before my holidays to shift 8 pounds ... Bit wishful eh?!

    i had a bad week think everythin just got to me and i ate ate ate had 2.5lb on but im determined this week to get it of and more. good luck everyone.xx
