    Guilt in using weekly points

I HATE the way the trackers do the weekly points. Yesterday I was one point under my daily allowance and my mum produced Ferrero Rocher with coffee. By the time Id added them in my tracker it showed me as 5 points over my daily allowance so 5 points of my weeklies used. Now I know I was allowed them but I now psychologically feel I cheated yesterday cos I was over my points.

I wish you could track your meals etc on your daily tracker but have your weekly one as a totally separate option. Id rather take 'treats' out my weekly allowance.

I realise in the long run its six and half a dozen but for me its definitely psychological. Not sure how to get round it...

I agree - I like to save my weeklies for treats, but as I track the old-fashioned way using a journal, it is easier for me to do it that way
