Blown it today :(
Majorly blown it today with a biscuit dunking marathon, and the day before weigh in. Have already used my weeklies. Very cross!

This is just one day not the entire healthy eating plan. It is unlikely to show up on the scales tomorrow. Next week you can move a bit more and even it out. Onwards and upwards. In the scheme of things this is a minor blip and we all have them
