Have you taken your bmi? That can help you decide a healthy weight.

I don't believe in "ideal weight". Once your in between your healthy bmi the rest is kinda up to you and what size your comfortable/ happy with!

I agree with Caroline89 I've given myself a target weight of 12st to give me something to work towards but I'm going to stop when I feel happy.

I'd like to be 12 stone, which at 5ft8 puts me just on the edge of a healthy BMI.
You have failed only when you quit trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression. So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure.

I agree with Caroline aswell. I set myself an 'ideal weight' of 12 st 7lbs, but once I hit that decided it wasnt as ideal as I originally thought. I have pushed on and am now at 11st 5lbs and am now happy...so much for my initial plans !! Go until you are happy

I'm only 5 foot and my initial goal was 10 stone. I'm nearly there and I just don't think I'll be happy so going to keep going till I get to my bmi of 25 which is 9 stone 2 pounds and see how I look and feel :-)
