    Hit the wall...

I'm having a really hard week and worried about the consequences. I'm on my 4th week and managed a loss every week so far. However, I've just got back into lectures and exercising properly again so my routine has completed changed.

I'm feeling the urge to eat all the time, even if I've just eaten. I'm finding myself creeping into my weeklies more than I'd like and feeling really down.

I know it's a case of willpower but I'm really struggling to dig deep.

    Any advice?

For a start dont feel guilty for using your weeklies, thats what they are there for! As for the wanting to snack couldnt you maybe keep fruit handy or sugar free jellies. Options hot choc usually helps me with choccie cravings. WW bars are handy too and around 2pp.

If your new routine is the problem then try sit down and adapt your schedule to fit your new routine that way you are always prepared until it becomes a habit.

Are you drinking enough water? Thirst can make us think we are hungry and if your doing more exercise you need more fluids. Hth x

I have been the same recently. I lost half a stone and have started my postgrad/ placements in school and it has thrown me off sync. When I am in school I am healthy all day until I get home at 6 and I graze on food whilst making my tea (not healthy food!) then uni days pretty much the same. Days off- well! I need to get back on track before my next one otherwise I fear the worst- chocolate & bread!x

Thanks guys. I know I can do it as I managed to loose half a stone through my exams and the party afterwards The issue I have routine wise is my school keep messing us around and moving lectures at the last minute which leaves me with no set routine at all.

I've invested in some weight watchers stuff - absolutely love the lemon slices - and got some fruit in to try and snack on less points. It's so difficult because my flatmates eat so much (it really makes me evaluate what I used to eat).

I've not really thought about water (thanks Caralousi) so may try and drink more to see if that makes a difference.

Just really worried about falling off the wagon. Don't want to graduate as a fatty. x

How are you doing today? I've done well. Slight slip at lunch, had a slice of Bakewell tart but all pointed and ended exactly on the right points xx

I'm a few points over because tea (I'm part catered) was a little on the indulgent side today. But I still have 10 weeklies left until WI sunday. So fingers crossed.

I put on so much weight at uni. It's what I am trying to lose now lol
Well done- keep it up. I'm slightly over now as I had a Milky Way but 3 points out of my weeklies isn't too bad x

Thank you. I've always been overweight but saw a photo taken at the end of last term and I finally appreciated how heavy I'd become. Uni perhaps wasn't the best time to start loosing weight, but I suppose if I can do now I'm more likely to keep it up.
3 isn't bad at all. It's the first time I've gone so far into my weeklies so I'm waiting to see how the scales reflect that.

I did that the first week (not use them) then did the second and it made no difference.
I am refusing to look big in my friends wedding photos. Slim for August is the plan x

That's reassuring I still feel a little guilty using them. I want to have some nice slim photos of uni to look back on and ultimately graduate slimmer.

Not for a while. Still in my first year so either 2 or 3 years this summer depending upon if i get accepted to do a year in industry (and if i pass theselast set of exams!)

Doing biosciences which becomes genetic bsc after this common 1st year.

Given myself a while because of the junk food rich environment i'm in.

I think if you are looking at long term goals rather than just dieting then you are doing good.
I did a BSc in Psychology & Criminology. Wow your degree sounds hard! May be a stupid question but what does it involve? What type of industry work would you like to do? (Sorry I bet you get asked these questions a lot) x
