I'm having a really hard week and worried about the consequences. I'm on my 4th week and managed a loss every week so far. However, I've just got back into lectures and exercising properly again so my routine has completed changed.
I'm feeling the urge to eat all the time, even if I've just eaten. I'm finding myself creeping into my weeklies more than I'd like and feeling really down.
I know it's a case of willpower but I'm really struggling to dig deep.
Any advice?

The issue I have routine wise is my school keep messing us around and moving lectures at the last minute which leaves me with no set routine at all.
