Just a few queries - I have just started using my pedometer - only started diet on weds and I earned 10 pp on my pedometer yesterday and this was just with normal school runs - and my 'countdown' starts around 3000 - whereas my friends starts at 5000 - is this because I am heavier etc so earn more pp and have less countdown?
Guessing that will be the case. So long as you have entered your details into the ped correctly, it works out your individual needs. Ped is a great way of totting up activity points :) even if you do find yourself running on the spot to get to that next point !! :)

O ... I think i'm going to dig my pedometer out. I restarted a few weeks ago.
