    1st meeting back this morning

    Well its done now so the numbers can only go down now. Weighed 17st13.5lb on their scales (5lbs more than home scales)

    39pp a day to use, have worked out what i eat and think i'll still have a couple pp left in the evening for a wee treat.

    1st goal is a shiny 7 and then my 5% which would take me to 17st exactly.

    Was supposed to be starting last week but couldnt get due to the bad snow we had here. (took jcbs and tractors to clear the bloody roads!) So was determined was getting this week!
