Results for my cruise
I am going on a cruise at the end of June and would love to lose weight and get into the best shape I can by then. I hear great things about WW. But wasn't sure if this would be a great place to start if I am wanting to lose about 2 pounds a week. So my question is...
I know everyone's different but can you have successful weight loss of about 2 pounds a week doing weight watchers?
Most definitely - my WW weight tracker tells me from my start date to today, my average weight loss is 2.7 lbs per week :) so the answer to your question is Yes :)

I would say it depends on your start weight/height - 2 pounds is doable but for me i dont think I could maintain 2 pounds a week - my standard losses are 1 - 1.5 pounds and 2 pounds or more are very good losses for me
