    Weekend away advice?

    Going away next weekend with my uni dance soc. which can only mean 3 things:

    Surrounded by ultra skinny people in shorts (I also have to wear TINY shorts :/)
    No control over food. I've never been there before and the hotel has no fridge facilities so I can't even take a pack up!
    Lot's of drinking.

    Drinking wise stick to vodka and diet coke or wine.avoid alcopops, cocktails beer/cider.
    Most places you eat will have healthier options you just need the will power to go for these (I myself have never found it whilst eating out but I am told it does exists)
    Try keep your weeklies for it, that way you are less likely to go over.
