    Question for you!

    Does anyone seem to suffer the same as me - I had a really good weightloss last week but this week (I admit, I sneaky peek every day!!!) the weight seems to be creeping back up. This has happened to me before where I have a good weightloss followed by either STS or a gain. Feels really disheartening. Just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat.

    Me too!! Espesh as I've been so good this week with food and exercise and just had a bit of an off day yesterday and managed to put a pound on today I feel so disheartened x
