I was told to use semi-skinned (lower in fat and calories). However, I use soya milk. Most importantly don't add lots of sugar to it. Maybe a teaspoon of honey or better still fresh fruit. Good Luck

Have you tried the oats so simple with golden syrup. I count it as 2.5 points and its sweet enough not to put anything in!

    Yum!

When I've done Weight Watchers/Slimming World, I always mix Oat so Simple with water to save on points/syns/healthy extras.
Probably not quite a 'creamy' as using milk but hey, I'll do anything to lose weight!!
I never add sugar/sweetener. I am fairly lucky, I don't have a massively sweet tooth. Thats not to say I don't have a chocolate splurge every now and again though

do you get the fancy oats so simple? they were on offer in asda so i stocked up, the red berry one is delish!

i used to buy the tesco brand bags of oats, but i'm usless at guessing a portion size with it, so i do better with the convenience single packets. must cost 100 times more though.
