    BMI Information:

    Weight watchers at home/online

    Hi everyone

    After many years of fad diets i have returned back to trusty WW! Am doing online at home due to shift working, want to lose 5 stone, target is this time next year. Hope i can do it, have bought an exercise bike for home so plan to do 30 mins 3 times a week.
