    Total Weight Loss: 1st2lb
    Weight to Lose: 4st3lb
    % Lost 7.62%
    I can't believe it I put down everything I ate today into my fitness pal and because I used my weeklies I actually consumed 2600 calories today....now I'm panicking is this actually right? is it okay to eat that many calories once a week, it seems like a tremendous amount, and I'm kind of put iffy using my weeklies now.......??? any answers would be appreciated, thanks in advance xox

    Don't panick, you have to remember you are only consuming about 1200 - 1400 cals on the other days, it all levels out. Does the body good to have a high calorie day.

    Some people would probably say do one plan or the other as well or you'll wreck your head. Best of luck xx
