    Lacking in motivation

Well I went back to class this week after 3 weeks and have gained 8lb feel completely demoralised as have never been this heavy bar being pregnant.

I so want to eat healthily and lose some weight but it's such an uphill battle - basically have to accept my eating habits have to
Change for life which is hard!

Yesterday was my first day back on plan, I used all my dailies and 24 weeklies, in one day.

How can I get my motivation back?

You can definatley get it back, I had 55 points yesterday (26 of my weeklies). I had a lovely evening at a friends with a few drinks I've now drawn a line under it and I'm going to start today afresh. Just keep reminding yourself of the weigh in day and that you want to see a loss, positive thinking you need and a can do attitude, fill up on fruit, veggies and salad bits. Lean meats, chicken and soups, best of luck x
