Anyone else up there do shift work/work nights? On a stint of nights at the moment and i can't seem to stick to my diet- im starving but feel sick early hours at work, but when i get home i crave fatty carby food!!! Feel bloated and iv ruined my good diet![]()

However, my weigh in day is a Friday and if I've done a nightshift on a Thursday into Friday I won't actually weigh until I've woken up from sleeping that shift off.
