    Amazing neighbours not helping my diet x x x

    I nEed some help please guys, my amazing neighbour has just knocked on my door with two massive bowls of full fat full sugar trifle that they had left over from a birthday party. I love trifle so my diet conscious did not start talking to me until after I ate nearly the whole bowl full. How many prop points do you think a bowl of cream, custard, sponge, jelly and fruit would be. I doubt any of it would have had the word diet or low fat on it so give me worst case scenario. I am doing well with my activity so I a, not scared I will just do extra activity this week but I don't want to under point it. Thanks in advance x x x

    1. Get under nine stone
    2. Be able to wear more than 10 percent of my wardrobe
    3. Feel comfy in my GAP jeans again
