    how to you space your points

    Do you save all your points for the evening or after 2pm? Evenly space ?

    What's worked for you ?

    I've just started for maintenance. I found yesterday I used them all too early, then had 2 point dinner.. thinking maybe saving them till 4pm could help

    Any input be ace x thanks

    Hey, I generally use about 8 for breakfast, then 8 for lunch, 10 for dinner & 1 left for whatever. I'm on 27pp (still losing weight). To be honest I vary it a lot. This is just an example. Some days I will find that I've used a lot of point on breakfast and lunch and will hardly have none for dinner. But they say you're better off having your big meals earlier anyway
    Breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper! My leader told us that! Although I don't tend to follow it as I love my dinner! Good luck on your maintenance, I'm sure you'll eventually find a balance that works for u :-)
