Just a quickie. Funds are tight, and ie come to a halt on SW, so decided to try weight watchers online.
How do people find it? Is it a supportive as you need?
Stupid question, I assume you don't get a 'how to do the plan' book like if you joined the group? So how do you know how to do it?!! Where is the 'bible'?!!

I've never been to a meeting, just used this website and the app. If funds are tight give that a try and see if you can manage without meetings x
