I know fruit is 0 points if eaten as it is but if its cooked or anything then has points cause there is the potential to eat more. My question is I get a bit bored just eating fruit on its own and wondered if I made a smoothie out of what I would normally eat as a portion of fruit. Ie a banana and box of strawberries would I need to point it? Anyone done this and not pointed it?
As far as I'm aware you don't have to point it even if you puree, blend it etc.
No it's all free, even the tinned stuff as long as its not in syrup.

Ahh you've just reminded me that I have a blender sitting in the kitchen! I totally forgot I can make smoothies. I like to add in fat free yogurt to mine :)
