Thread: Fruit.

    Fruit.

    I know fruit is 0 points if eaten as it is but if its cooked or anything then has points cause there is the potential to eat more. My question is I get a bit bored just eating fruit on its own and wondered if I made a smoothie out of what I would normally eat as a portion of fruit. Ie a banana and box of strawberries would I need to point it? Anyone done this and not pointed it?

    Great thanks. I was gonna buy a smoothie maker ages ago but didn't for that reason lol. Will be getting one now tho.
