I am on week four and finding it really easy up to now x I just track everything and I feel like im in total control.... Which is great! Lol x x when do you weigh in? Xx

I started a while ago- but I seemed to go crazy always on day 6 and 7 of the week. Binging like crazy and actually eating so much I was sick!
But I've finally addressed this and now I'm back in a good frame of mind and not self sabotaging!
I'm really into my exercise right now too!
I am doing a quick fitness DVD morning and night about 25mins each time.
Then I have my first day at the gym tonight with a personal trainer.
I'm trying not to weigh so much.
I'm going to try and go a month without weighing. As I follow weight watchers online- I don't attend a class.

Well today I got myself a mountain bike for getting to & from the gym!
Seems crazy to get a taxi home late at night- so from tonight instead I'll be cycling!!
