Sorry I was going to post a photo but it says I need to get to 50 posts.

I'm thinking of having either
Baked beans, bacon and poached egg instead of fried

Or

3 Poached eggs on wholemeal toast with mushroom and tomato.

I don't have a clue what is the best choice or how to point it.

I'd go with the 2nd option. An egg is 2pp. Mushrooms and tomatoes are free - just account for the oil they would be cooked in. Bread I'm not sure as I use WW which is 2pp per slice.
