I restarted earlier this year for the umpteenth time, did well for a few weeks then fell off plan massively. Weighed myself this morning expecting a gain, however I didn't expect to be heavier than I had started last time. So here I am today restarting AGAIN!
I really want to lose weight, and just don't understand why I can't stick to it! I did consider maybe starting a new plan, sw, cal counting or Scottish slimmers, to see if soemthing new would help, but theres no point as I know WW works if I stick to it! So I'm back again, tail between my legs!
I just don't know what it's gonna take for me to actually stick to it! I have my motivation, at the moment I have my willpower, so my fingers are crossed that this time I will succeed.

I constantly restart or start a 'new' diet with the hope that I will stick to it but never actually do. Eventually I always come back to ww so really need to get in the mindset of not switching and just keep going with it. I'm restarting again for the last time on the discover plan as weeklies on the pp encourage me to binge. Fingers crossed this will be the last restart and something will finally click into place.
