Does anyone else feel like they are constantly restarting?

I restarted earlier this year for the umpteenth time, did well for a few weeks then fell off plan massively. Weighed myself this morning expecting a gain, however I didn't expect to be heavier than I had started last time. So here I am today restarting AGAIN!

I really want to lose weight, and just don't understand why I can't stick to it! I did consider maybe starting a new plan, sw, cal counting or Scottish slimmers, to see if soemthing new would help, but theres no point as I know WW works if I stick to it! So I'm back again, tail between my legs!

I just don't know what it's gonna take for me to actually stick to it! I have my motivation, at the moment I have my willpower, so my fingers are crossed that this time I will succeed.
    Week 1: -4lbs Week 2:-1lb

    Goal 1: to lose 5% = 13lbs. (so, 8lbs to go)

Just keep plugging away at it. Im the same I would say this is def my 10+ after joining but I'm finding it easier this time around as I'm not putting as much pressure on my self to loose a certain amount every week. I go to class track as best as I can and if a loss happens brill if not ill get one next week! I think the realisation that it took me years to get to over 19 stone so it may well take me a few years to loose what I need helped!
I've come to terms with the fact I'm not going to loose it all in a few weeks it's like they say slow and steady wins the race!
    Keep going hunny xxx
    wk 1 -30: - 52.5lbs

    Wk 30-35: + 7.5lbs

I am completely the same and I'm so glad to see someone else has admitted to it. I seem to fall off the wagon when I don't plan my food for the week ahead so as of now that's what I'm going to ensure i do every Friday. Last week was hopefully the last i restart. I have so much to lose that i need to install some discipline in myself!!

Fingers crossed this is both our last times!! x

I do it to I constantly restart or start a 'new' diet with the hope that I will stick to it but never actually do. Eventually I always come back to ww so really need to get in the mindset of not switching and just keep going with it. I'm restarting again for the last time on the discover plan as weeklies on the pp encourage me to binge. Fingers crossed this will be the last restart and something will finally click into place.

    Good luck all,
    Dan x
