I'm doing ww propoints for the first time and also training for a 10K run.
I've lost weight on the ww old points before but my exercise was walking ( and lots of it!)
I'm struggling with my weightloss and my leader thinks it might be to do with the running training.
At the moment, I'm eating my points every day and my weeklies ( sometimes have a few to spare) and not eating my exercise points.
So has anyone any advice on what has helped them while they were training? What kinds of foods to eat and when? Any what points did they aim for on running days?
I keep reading that running is the best form of exercise for weight loss but it does not seem to be working out for me.
