    I think a lot of people have gone from SSing to WW or SW. I did myself a few years back. What you have to be careful about is the carbs. Don't introduce too many carbs too quickly as you may gain a little weight the first week. Once you are in the swing of things, then you can expect to lose the same as anyone else on WW that has never SS'd (if you see what I mean) Its the transition period that could be a little bit tricky. I wish you well hun xxx

    Lost over 8 stones on Lipotrim/Cambridge

    Gained a bit when quitting smoking, so sorting that out!

    Or you could change your CD plan so you're not SSing - do the 790 or the 1000 plans?
    Wk 1 = 7.6 Wk 2 = 7.4 Wk 3 = 3.3
    Wk 4 = 2.8 Wk 5 = 5.5 Wk 6 = Ill
    Wk 7 = 6.6 Wk 8 = 3.3 Wk 9 = 2.8
    Wk10 = 2.7 Wk11 = 5.6 Wk12 = 0.8
    Wk13 = 5.0 Wk14 = 3.3 Wk15 = 3.3
    Wk16 = 0.8 Wk17 = 2.2 Wk18 = 4.4
    Wk19 = 2.4 Wk20 = 1.5 Wk21 = Hols
    Wk22 = 3.9 TOTAL LOSS = 75lbs!

    Target Reached - 9st on 20.02.08
    Aim = to stay at 9st (126lb) for rest of my life!

    Management (weighed on a Tuesday):
    Wk 1 = 124 Wk 2 = 121.2 Wk 3 = 119.4 Wk 4 = 118 Wk 5 = 117 Wk 6 = 115.6 Wk 7 = 115 Wk 8 = 116 Wk 9 = 117 Wk 10 = 117 Wk 11 = 117

    Ticker reflects my daily weight - so will show daily fluctuation

    Hi I have decided to join weight watchers too. Have lost most of my weight with LL and a few weeks on cd but just miss my food too much and socialising. I am joining tomorrow so will let you know how I get on.

    Hi Diane!
    I have swapped from LL to WW, I had a break from LL over xmas and then felt I could not go back to just living on shakes. The weight loss might be slower to start with or as someone said you might actually put on a bit but that is just because your body is storing the glycogen (sp?) again it lost when you did the VLCD. I really enjoy doing WW and would assume that you would start losing like everyone else after the first week or two. I would defnitely recommend giving it a go especially if you can't face the shakes anymore.
    All the best
    xx

    Its great to see so many people moving to WW and seeing it as a real alternative to VLCD's

    Me too! I did CD on and off last year but couldnt stick to the whole not eating or no carbs thing so it didnt really work! I put a stone and a half of my 2 and a half total back on so only kept 1 off! So I am now going to do WW and lose it a more gradual but in my eyes more sociable and do-able way! xx
    Dieting on hold for a while!

    Me too, lost 15 pounds from boxing day to mid January, came off CD for 2 weeks, 1st week gain was 2.5lbs, 2nd week was on WW core and I gained 2lbs, but seriously think it was body getting used to food. Second weigh in I lost 3.5lb, I'm really enjoying it, hope you do too.

    Me too!

    I did CD SS for a few months before Christmas and lost almost 3 stone - it truly is an amazing diet! BUT after Christmas I just can't get back on it, so i've cut my losses and will be joining WW tomorrow. Can't wait - want to lost my last stone. Have been doing it this week, and have gone up a little, so hopefully from now on it'll be all losses!

    Good luck everyone!
